Dr Crespo treats acute illnesses as well as chronic conditions such as diabetes, anxiety and depression, hypertension, etc. He is passionate about preventive medicine and continuity of care and believes in the importance of regular health checks and proper nutrition.

During his medical career, Dr Crespo has gained a broad clinical experience in both NHS and private practice. He has worked in most modalities of NHS settings (Out of Hours Services, Walk-in Centres, HM Prisons, Urgent Care Centers and Surgeries), which has provided him with a very in-depth knowledge of the NHS system.

In June 2017, Dr Crespo commenced to consult privately at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital Private Outpatient’s Floor, which he combines with his NHS GP duties at the Urgent Care Centre in the same hospital. Dr Crespo is also a GP Tutor and examiner for OSCE and PACES for Imperial College School of Medical.

Professional expertise

He started combining his NHS work with private practice in 2013 when he established a CQC licensed clinic The Medical and Surgical Centre in central London and also practices privately in Harley Street.

Other contributions

Complementing his medical work, Dr Crespo has done extensive medical charity work in India. He is also an established Aesthetics Practitioner and a member of the British College of Aesthetic Practitioners.
