Mr Oragui is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising exclusively in hip conditions.

Mr Oragui read medicine at Cambridge University and completed his clinical studies at the Royal Free and University College London Medical School. He underwent specialist orthopaedic training in London, followed by advanced fellowship training in hip reconstructive surgery in Sydney and Oxford.

Professional expertise

Mr Oragui’s practice includes hip replacements, hip redo or revision surgery, hip arthroscopy and surgery for sports injuries around the hip. He uses the muscle sparing direct anterior approach for hip replacements which allows most patients a faster recovery without restrictions.

Mr Oragui has published widely in a number of peer-reviewed journals and presented his research at national and international conferences. He is a regular guest speaker on hip conditions at international meetings.
