Whether you’re a woman in your 40s and you’ve noticed a change in body shape and weight, or you’re suffering from IBS, gut issues, high cholesterol or raised blood glucose levels, my clinical knowledge and experience, will give you the tools to improve your overall health.

Originally from Dublin, I graduated from the University of Ulster with an honours degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics.  After, I decided to move to London and I was lucky enough to work in some of the top London teaching hospitals. As a registered dietitian in Chelsea, London, my career to date includes working in many exciting areas of nutrition, including public relations, radio and television, along with some of the UK’s top businesses and charities.

I have been a keynote speaker at conferences, lectures, corporations and schools across England and have spoken on countless topics including weight management, IBS, diabetes and nutrition therapies.  I have had the amazing opportunity to work with school children in inner London schools and teach them about the principles of healthy eating and balanced meals. I feel very lucky to now balance my time between my freelance work and NHS responsibilities.
