Shane is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. Shane’s areas of specialist interest in gynaecology are ultrasound scanning, perineal trauma and female pelvic floor reconstruction surgery. Shane’s areas of specialist interest in pregnancy are complex caesarean births and he is the Clinical Director for the North West London specialist commissioned abnormally invasive placenta service (low lying placentas that are abnormally adherent). Shane’s approach is centred on the patient, ensuring she is fully involved in the decision making process to provide the safest and most satisfying experience possible.
