Nese is a senior clinical dietitian specialising in complex obesity and bariatric surgery with a demonstrated history of working in NHS and private sector. Nese works closely with individuals who consider having a bariatric surgery as well as who have had the surgery and require continuous support and guidance to establish a sustainable dietary habits and lifestyle thereafter. She provides comprehensive education sessions to improve patient knowledge as well as providing evidence based person tailored dietary advice. Throughout her career Nese has worked with culturally diverse populations which has enabled her to explore more about various cultural beliefs, traditional foods and nutritional needs. Nese is fluent in Turkish and English.

Nese also works closely with individuals who would like to lose weight through non-surgical routes, i.e. personalised weight management/weight loss approaches or weight loss medications such as Saxenda/Wegovy, etc. She provides education sessions on mindful eating, cultivates a positive relationship with food, guides her clients to make healthier dietary choices, and develop sustainable dietary habits and routine. She inspires and empowers each and every individual to become a healthier and happier version of themselves throughout their weight loss journey.
