Overview

Dr Randa Akel is a Consultant Dermatologist at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, where she is Deputy Service Director for Dermatology and Lead for the Adult and Paediatric Vulval Dermatology Service. She provides comprehensive assessment and management of skin conditions in adults and children, offering evidence-based treatment in a supportive and patient-focused environment.

Her clinical practice covers the full breadth of general dermatology, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, melasma, rashes, urticaria, hair and scalp disorders, nail disease and hyperhidrosis. She has extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of skin cancer, including early detection, dermoscopy, and minor surgical procedures.
